China import customs declaration & clearance procedures for timber :

1. Sign sales contract, prepare goods, choose import port, arrange shipment

2. Prepare certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, weight note, packing list, invoice, sales contract

3. locate accurate HS code, check if it needs to obtain endangered species certificate or non - endangered species certificate

1. the weight, CBMs, quantity should be accurate on weight note
